Ordering

Order online, by phone, or by fax.  All Bitchin Products kits are UPS shippable.  We will ship COD but you must abide by the UPS rules.

Pricing

All prices are FOB Prescott, AZ. USA and stated in US dollars.  Prices are effective on the date shown and subject to change without notice.  In the event of a substantial increase in price, you will be notified prior to shipment of your parts order.
  
Sales

All sales are final.  Goods to be returned for any reason must have been purchased direct from Bitchin Products, Inc. and have prior approval before being returned.  Do not return any goods without securing prior permission to return.   You may return any new and unused item within 30 days from the date it was shipped.   All returns must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied by a return number.   There will be a 20% restocking and handling charge on all returned goods unless waived by Bitchin Products for approval of condition and acceptance.  Goods must be sent freight paid.
  
Exchanges

Bitchin Products is always in the process of improving, redesigning, and expanding its product line.  Please do not ask us to exchange or 'upgrade' items of one style or specification for another style for specification.   We strive for complete customer satisfaction, but cannot take trade-ins.
  
Errors in Packaging

If a wrong item is received due to our error, that item (if unused and like new) will be exchanged for the correct item or part.  The incorrect item must have been ordered direct from Bitchin Products and returned prepaid with a request to correct the error within 30 days of shipment.
Claims

Claims for damage (open or concealed) are to be made to the freight forwarder.  Claims for shortage are to be made to Bitchin Products within 5 days of receipt of order.
Shipping

All shipments will be sent via the most economical way available to the customer at the time of shipment.  Shipments by any other method or means per the request of the customer will result in additional handling or shipping charges.  All shipments will be prepaid or COD cash at the time of arrival to the customer.
Christmas Orders

Due to the heavy amount of shipping during the Christmas Season, recommend that you order all Christmas gifts at least 6 weeks in advance in order to receive it by Christmas Day.
